CAN I ORDER WITHOUT USING YOUR ONLINE ORDERING PAGE?
Sure you may! Email me your information (name, email address, home or office address (where you want your food delivered), so I can add you to our list of subscribers and email you a word format menu weekly.
CAN YOU CATER FOR FOOD ALLERGIES/VEGETARIANS/NON- PORK EATERS
We use symbols to note whether dishes are gluten free, or whether dishes contain pork or nuts. For other allergies intolerances, no salt, low salt, no starch or sugar, please make sure to let us know. We'll do our best to accomodate your dietary needs. IS THERE A DELIVERY CHARGE?
If you are within our delivery area, there will be no charge. If using our Online Delivery option, it will let you know once you write your address. We can always make arrangements to meet somewhere closer and avoid the delivery charge.
IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?
Yes: it is a minimum of 2 dishes. Each meal comes already with sides.
HOW LONG WILL MY DINNERS LAST IN THE FRIDGE OR FREEZER?
Most of our Fresh dishes will be fine for a week in the fridge. Dinners that are already frozen or that you freeze yourself are best used within 3-6 months.
CAN I ORDER FOR THE SAME OR THE FOLLOWING DAY?
If you are ordering form the Stock Items menu, you are welcome to pick-up from us, just give us a call on (520) 909-9092 so we can be ready for you. If you're ordering from the fresh specials, we needto have your order by midnite Thursday for a delivery the next Tuesday.
DO YOU USE ANY ARTIFICIAL ADDITIVES, FLAVOR ENHANCERS OR PRESERVATIVES?
We don't! Our goal is to prepare the healthiest food for you. We use the freshest, most nutritious and best ingredients to achieve this. In the kitchen, however there are some ready-made ingredients we use- for example some Asian sauces- which may contain additives. Even so, if we have the option, we always use the gluten free option, or the low salt one. If you have any concersns about a particular dish, please call us om (520) 909-9092.
CAN YOU DELIVER TO GATED COMMUNITIES?
If you live on a Gated Community, please arrange for the guard to let us in. Otherwise you would need to provide us with the access code or key. We will call you on Tuesday to give you an approximate time of delivery to make sure the time works for you.
